At Funky Sock Co, we want your feet to be as happy as our patterns; if your socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original funky packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Socks
Place the unwashed socks back in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer or box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop and Relax
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
